As I was walking towards Liverpool St , Nero coffee shop. Two staffs with big smile welcoming me. They greeted me good morning and I ordered my drink.I ordered strong almond latte it was delicious well blend hot unlike many places it was warm . When l got my coffee both of the staffs with smiles on their face wishing me a good day and enjoy my drink. I asked their name Srilekha and Jamel. Great customer services and friendly. I’ll be back .

We found this gem of a place randomly, kind of small in terms of a Nero but enough to keep us all happy. Nothing bad to say, goods were nice, staff were friendly enough, nice amount of seating too. Nice.

Big shout out to the lady serving me this morning. I had ordered via the app, but it glitched and didn't show in their system despise me being charged. She was super accommodating and got my order sorted. That's what I call great service!
